And apparently the Octomom aka Nadya Suleman will be posing topless Closer Magazine, uhh yeah...

I'll be broadcasting poolside at Acapulco Gardens Condominiums this Saturday from noon - two. These are brand new condo's being liquidated by the lender for an incredibly low price. they're selling two bedroom, two bath 1,300 square foot luxury condos - with garage, for $99,900 (ninety-nine-nine).  They're brand new, never lived-in condos with lots of upgrades like granite countertops, custom kitchen cabinetry and all the appliances included - even the washer and dryer.  Each has a screened lanai and tiled roof, and owners have access to the area's largest marina, an 18-hole golf course, fishing lakes, bike and walking paths, multiple  pools and a clubhouse...a park and much more.  These condos once sold for $259-thousand....but are now priced at $99,900.

The "Tanning Mom" Patricia Krentcil is back in the news again, thanks to TMZ - which has been stalking her day and night.

Chillin' in your hooptie (car) with some Jay-Z (rap music) booming isn't a crime - but it should be if you're over the age of 19. That's what TMZ caught 44-year old Patricia Krentcil doing just that while waiting for her husband yesterday. We have to admit that even though her skin resembles a 112-year-old slab of cooked bacon - she does look phat. Or is the more modern expression "fly?"  Anyway....here's the video:

I've also been trying to figure out for days now where I've seen this woman before?  Until last week - no one had heard of Patricia Krentcil, so am I losing my mind? No, I'm SURE I've seen her somewhere before! And then it hit me. If you've listened to my show for any length of time, then you know my wife is a horror film freak, a it suddenly hit me - that's where I've seen her before!  Check the comparo below and tell me - isn't this the same person????

Nice to be with you on this gorgeous morning in Southwest Florida. This year's Country Fest was a huge success, the musical entertainment exceeded expectations as Dueces Wild, Blue Mason Barter Company, Greg Templeton, JJ McCoy, and this years headliner Craig Morgan provided top notch atmosphere for event patrons to enjoy as the weekend wound down. Our staff at Clear Channel made the the operational aspect of the event possible in conjuction with the Charlotte County Sheriffs Office... so if you see any of these officers or my coworkers in public, please show them your appreciation as without the help, the festival would not have take place. I would also like to thank all of the particpating vendors for providing their services through out the day.
